Classic Olivier for New Year

Ingredients:

  • 200 - 250 g of cooked sausage without fat;

Korean carrot and pork salad

Prepare the following products for a quarter kilo of smoked pork:

  • 1 head of white sweet onion;
  • 1 full glass of spicy carrot straws;

Ingredients:

  • 400 - 450 g of beef pulp;
  • 1 onion head;

Cooking:

  1. Pour the beef with water and cook the meat until cooked. Do not salt the water used for cooking, otherwise the meat will be dry.

  5. To lay out products: potatoes - frying with mushrooms - carrots - frying with liver - cheese - eggs.

  • 2/3 Art. salted olive mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Cool and peel the eggs before boiling, chop them in neat cubes. It is not necessary to divide eggs into yolks and proteins before chopping.
  2. Pineapples put in a colander. When the syrup drains, cut the fruit into tiny pieces.
  3. Canned corn to get rid of marinade. If desired, both canned foods can be washed further with running water. Then in the salad a sweet note will not be felt.
