  • soft cottage cheese 0% fat - 150 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • oat or rye, as well as wheat bran - 2 and 1 tbsp. l respectively;
  • salt - 1/3 tsp;
  • baking powder - 1/3 tsp;

Cooking process:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and stir with a whisk until smooth.
  2. Put in a pan lightly greased with a brush with vegetable oil. Dishes should be cold. Spread the mixture on the surface evenly, like a large pancake.
